How Scores Are Calculated
Each provider is evaluated across all seven categories. Within each category, specific criteria are assessed and scored on a proportional scale up to the category's maximum weight.
The overall score (0-100) is the sum of all category scores. This provides a single comparable number while the sub-scores offer detailed insight into a provider's strengths.
Scores are recomputed whenever provider information is updated or when the methodology itself is revised. Historical scores are preserved for transparency.
