About

Signal Autism was started in 2026 by a group of experienced ABA therapists who had spent years working inside the system and got tired of watching it let families down. They knew what good therapy looked like, and they knew most providers were not delivering it -- especially for the kids who needed it most. So they built their own company around a simple idea: send the best people into the home, and actually help. Every session happens in your home. No clinic drop-offs, no unfamiliar waiting rooms. Your child learns in the environment where it matters most -- where they eat, sleep, play, and live with your family. That is where real progress sticks. Signal Autism is known for taking on the harder cases. If your child has been turned away by other providers, or if previous therapy did not work, this is a team that does not shy away from complex behaviors or tough situations. They built their program around it. A big part of what makes them different is their RBTs -- the therapists who are actually in your home working with your child every day. Signal Autism is selective about who they hire, they invest heavily in ongoing training, and they pay well enough to keep their best people. That matters more than most parents realize, because consistency and quality at the RBT level is what drives real change. Their BCBAs oversee every case closely and check in regularly, and parents get weekly coaching so you always know what is happening and what you can do to reinforce progress between sessions. They serve kids and young adults from 18 months to 21 years across the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range. They accept all major insurance, Medicaid, and Tricare, and their team handles the insurance paperwork so you do not have to.

How Intake Works

You fill out a short form on their website, and someone calls you back within the same week. Their team handles all the insurance authorization so you do not have to chase it. Once insurance is approved, your child's first in-home assessment with a BCBA is usually scheduled within about 10 business days.

Best For

Families dealing with harder behaviors or more complex needs who want high-quality therapy in their own home -- especially if other providers have not worked out.

Life-changing for our family

We tried two other providers before finding Signal Autism and the difference was night and day. Their real-time progress dashboard lets us see exactly what our son is working on every single day. In four months he went from single words to combining three and four word requests. The parent coaching sessions taught us strategies we use at home every evening. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The gold standard in Colorado

As a pediatrician who refers families to ABA providers regularly I can say Signal Autism consistently delivers the best outcomes of any provider in the state. Their communication with our office is exceptional and their clinical protocols are evidence-based and transparent. Every family I have referred has reported positive experiences.

Saturday hours saved us

Both my husband and I work full-time and finding a provider with Saturday morning hours was critical. Signal Autism made it work and our daughter has thrived in their program. The Denver location is beautiful and the therapists clearly love what they do.

Bilingual services were essential

Finding a provider that offers therapy in Spanish was so important for our family. Our son responds much better when instructions are given in his home language first. Signal Autism has multiple Spanish-speaking BCBAs and RBTs and the difference in his engagement is remarkable.

Outstanding clinical team

The doctoral-level oversight really shows in the quality of the treatment plans. Our BCBA explains every decision with data and we always feel informed. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the Boulder location parking can be tricky during peak hours.
